Like a 5 year old, I was up at the crack of dawn just waiting to play in the snow. Like a 30 year old, my (almost) 5 year old continued to snooze well past 10am. Even after she woke up, it took her until roughly 1pm to become excited about going outside. We made snow angels and pretended to ice skate. And Isla put pieces of ice in her pocket for later. This kid just cracks me up.
